Connect

We connect clients with support services, whether at home, in a nursing home, or at an assisted living residence.

Coordinate

Once our clients decide on appropriate care options, Audrey Zabin & Associates coordinates living arrangements, medical services, and support systems.

Monitor

We regularly monitor our clients' care to ensure the quality and effectiveness of each service. Should an elder's needs change, we will adjust our care plan accordingly.

Support

Through our extensive contacts, we refer elders and their families to geriatric specialists on issues of entitlements, benefits, guardianship, and financial matters. We also assist families at a distance with long-term caregiving.

   -Coordination of out-of-state medical treatment, records, and documents
